Another "Bush can't win" scenario
An article in my paper today, complaining about how the billions we allocated to Iraq rebuilding haven't been spent, and that we are using their oil money instead for reconstruction.
Does anyone have the slightest doubt that if the situation was reversed, the same people would be bitching about how the American taxpayer is picking up the tab instead of using all that oil money?
