Bush admin thinks Fidel # 1 man.................
or at least it would seems so judging by the focus of forces.
The Treasury Department has confirmed that five times as many of its agents were assigned to track Cuban embargo violations than to track the flow of money to Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein. Records released to Congress show that Treasury agents had opened only 93 cases related to the investigations of terrorist financing, while chasing down 10,683 possible violations of the Cuban trade embargo.
Maybe this just reflects a love of good cigars? Is Bush learning from Clinton?
