Cheney seems kind of unstable.
Promising more information when he didn't have it, insisting on plots for which there are no evidence, insisting on alliances when intelligence agencies say there were none, a True Believer speaking to True Believers in the absense of facts.
I've gotta say that he seems like a great life insurance policy for GWB. A bit like Arkansas, a State who has as it's unofficial motto, "Thank God for Mississippi", one can look at Cheney and say "Thank Scalia for GWB".
