Now you have to ask what would they buy it with. USD, $$$, that's what. Who would sign the checks, I don't know. What bank they'd go through, I don't know. That all seems a bit premature.
I say let 'em secede, give up their citizenship, let 'em move. Buy their "stuff".
Cut the military budget in half and then in two years cut it in half again. That will pay for a lot of it. And still leave more of a military than all the ROW and two oceans between anyone who would invade. A no lose proposition.
