If you mean by "old score" the war Saddam started by invading Kuwait, then I couldn't agree with more. Without Saddam invading Kuwait, we wouldn't have had a cease fire agreement which prohibted Iraq from having WMD. And of course we wouldn't be maintaining "no fly zones" or imposing sanctions on Iraq.
