None of them. Even the ones done by big news sites. Mary Anne is right--it's not that hard to "jimmy" one. Heck, half of them I can fake out just by dumping the cookies they leave on my machine.

Also, most such polls tend to be "self-selecting," given that most web sites (maybe even including this one) mostly tend to attract a specific group of people.
