A point to ponder:
While the press highlights every US, UK and Iraq government casualty, these forces are NOT sitting on their asses waiting to be shot at. To the contrary, every day for months, perhaps 10, perhaps 20, perhaps 50 insurgents have been killed in scattered actions throughout Iraq. In short, the insurgents have lost several thousands. In addtion, the Iraqis got a BIG FISH, one of the leading insurgents was captured yesterday. He will, of course, be gently persuaded (not by us, of course) to disclose the names and whereabouts of his fellow terrorists.
