Is that the last thing on Earth our country needs is more "benefit creep" in Medicare, which accounts for almost all of our future debt in this country, far more than Social Security. We needed a prescription benefit like a hole in the head, too.

The sad fact remains that no policitian ever lost an election by throwing money at the voters.
