That little oop's cost the American taxpayer $ 47, 865,000.00 with Lawrence Walsh as the Independent counsel. And it yeilded 14 incictments: 2 indictments and 4 convictions nullified by presidential pardon; 7 guilty pleas; and 1 acquital.

Of course Republicans don't like to talk about that or the James McKay Independent counsel actions against White House aide Lyn Notziger and Attorney General Edwin Meese involving the Wedtech Corp. This only cost the taxpayer $ 3 million.

Things that make you go hmmmm?
