There's only two counties in the state where this number is higher than 1 percent, and they account for 65 percent of the state's total black population.
White, non-Hispanics? 94.3 percent.
In my state, that latter number is 39.7 percent. In ER's, 57.5.
So yeah, a bunch of black people nobody knows in rural Maine towns are going to be noticed. Same as a bunch of white people in those urban voting districts where Obama carried 100 percent of the vote.
The idea that this is fraud, though, doesn't stand up very well. If someone was hauling fake voters to rural Maine to vote (why rural Maine?) who would be stupid enough to say, "hey, you black Democrats over there. We're sending you to Maine." And then next I suppose they send some Eskimos to Alabama.
Flame » in reply to "Dozens of black people?" -- Shocking! Simply shocking.
The total state-wide percentage of black people in Maine's population is 1.3 percent.
