Sunspots 3-Dimensional Optical Illusion ?
I was looking at close-up photos of sunspots, and maybe it was an optical illusion, but I got the impression I was looking down a tunnel, deep into the sun's interior. Or at the very least a window with low opacity. It looks kinda dark, like a cave, with irregular, darkly luminous walls. It would be cool if it was. "Journey to the Center of the Sun". :-)
