Oh man, I certainly hope that article's not true. If our nation's military surgeons need practice slicing and dicing when the battlefield casualties aren't coming in, I'd think there were lots of people without health benefits outside the military that could use their services. Sounds like the decision of military brass that want eye candy surrounding them.
