Whoever did this (IF it's man made), did an impressive bit of work, not only laying out the design, but executing it. That's a large amount of persistence and energy, but we'll have to wait for soil samples.
By the way, farmers found a crop circle near a town I was in last week. And the crop's a week old. Soil samples will be taken tomorrow. Will let you know the outcome.
