I don't know. There have been a lot of events at my public schools where entrance was limited to certain groups, certain ages, paying customers, or restricted in some other way. If this is unconstitutional, it's news to me.

Other than that, Cheney can hold a rally just for red-headed people if he wants. What's it to you? Feeling left out?
