Cryogens
I had to learn that trick of liquid nitrogen when I was designing propellant tanks. What's really fun is LOX condensing out between the layers of insulation in certain kinds of tanks. Again, creating a shock-sensitive explosive if conditions are right.
I saw something on Japanese TV where someone was styling hair by dipping it in liquid oxygen (!!!) and breaking it off. My bet would be that LOX-saturated hair would blow up if you looked at it cross-eyed. My only guess is that somewhere in the translation, liquid nitrogen ended up as liquid oxygen. I hope.
