A couple of years ago, RJ Reynolds had a promo card that featured a small blinking light powered by a tiny battery pack that activated when a tab was removed.

We took apart the card and removed the light and battery and placed them in drop ceiling panels in several offices.

A rumor was circulated that we were being subjected to administrative surveilance.

When the small blinking lights were noticed, paranoia became epidemic.
