According to the HBO video series I watched, Tom Hank's "From the Earth to the Moon",
the practical jokers onboard Apollo 12 really went over the top with a prank:
When Alan Bean and Richard Gordon returned from the moon's surface to their orbiting
CSM, Charles Conrad told the two to "strip down" before entering the CSM.
As far as I know those two were the only astronauts to orbit the moon naked
for at least a couple of orbits.
