So let me get this straight. Soros has more power than the huge block of mega-corporation influence on our political system? Cause from where I'm sitting it sure seems that the most Soro's money does is bring some balance to the huge pot that the conservatives have been dipping out of for decades. I'm not saying this because I necessarily believe the US should give up sovereignty. I truly doubt that the millions he's pouring into Kerry's campaign has a snowball's chance in hell of actually pushing our country into some new world order. I can't imagine the political power holders of either party allowing that. In order for our world to move to some universal control, a whole lot of politicos would have to cede their power.

Hell, here in Arizona try to do something like consolidating our tiny little top-heavy school districts and watch the fur fly as district superintendents start dueling with swords to retain some control of their empire and their 6 figure incomes.

Individuals and countries bent on taking global control have all met with disaster. Same thing happens on a corporate level. Efficiencies begin dropping as they reach a critical mass where the lines of communication get so long and the sense of purpose gets so distorted that the entity crumbles. I'd stop losing sleep about Mr. Soros. If he's truly the next Goldfinger, he'll come falling down like so many other eggs on a wall.
