It isn't easy to launch really large balloons
It'll take a pretty big balloon to launch their rocket. Remember those attempts to fly balloons around the world? Many of them encountered launch delays and some even had accidents. It doesn't take much to delay a launch. While I wish them well on their attempts, it may prove very difficult to mount two launches within two weeks as required to win the X Prize.
