DNC Layers to sue TV stations for broadcasting anti-Kerry ad

Soon at this rate the trial lawyer dominated party will sue any opposition ads.

By this ridiculous standard, any ads for the alleged 'documentary' F911 would be illegal.

I guess we can't post Kerry's notable LACK of attendance record on the Intelligence Committee he touts. Never mind his MIA voting record in the US Senate overall. The guy is a total slacker.
