Good symposium on Saturday
The announcement is coming a mini-conference the Planetary Society is sponsoring at Harvard tomorrow (Saturday, 8/7). Sounds well worth attending if you are nearby and can email them to register today. Speakers include planet hunter Marcy, Frank Drake, Bruce Murray, and the leading lights of various SETI efforts.
Damn, too bad I don't live just up the street from Harvard-Smithsonian anymore. There was always interesting stuff happening there.
