I don't think it is possible but if al Qaeda could bump off Kerry in such a way that the assassin was not identified (disintegrated by a suicide bomb) then the moonbats would assume Bush organized it. How many moonbats are there in the U.S.? I would guess at least 1% of the population or about 2.6 million moonbats. In one fell swoop, Osama would have these jackasses serving as his willing foot soldiers. From al Qaeda's perspective there is almost no down side risk. What happens if they fully bungle it and the assassin gets caught alive and confesses under interogation? The assassin would probably not reveal that much and America's enemies would assume the whole exercise was a fabrication. This scenario could happen.
