were all lying when they said that Saddam had WMD. Or, like Bush, were they making their decisions based on the best available information? It's stupid to say that "Bush Lied" about WMD when he was going on the information provided to him (and to Clinton, Gore, Kerry, etc.) by the Intelligence Community. Neither Bush nor Clinton, Gore, Kerry, etc. gathered that intelligence data. They didn't analyze it. They received it and made their decisions accordingly. That's how it works.

After 9/11, Kerry was talking about the danger Saddam posed, specifically mentioning his WMD programs? Was Kerry lying?
