It's going to be tricky
My guess is the mosque is wired to be destroyed and most of the people in the mosque with Sadr are Iranian revolutionary guards. It's probable that Sadr is no longer in control of the situation with his Iranian case officer calling the shots. The Iranians will be the first to cry "foul" after the place blows up.
