I know a few of you are Floridians.
I don't know if Hurricane Charlie's terrors became personnal
to any of you who are Floridians.
Here in Ontario, Canada, the worst any Hurricane delivers are tropical storm flashfloods...
once in a blue moon.
I know Kim Keller used to post here. I suppose he's safe. I hope he is.

Dammit!!...It's always trailer-parks that suffer the worst!!... That's not an urban myth!
The rectangular shape, puny anchorage, and the thin shell of a mobile home make them vulnerable
to almost everything: floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc...
Some of you are engineers!!..Dammit!...Why can't you invent or design ways to make them less vulnerable!!!????
