I think I read that the harder evidence is in the tender care of Rumsfeld (wherever he is) and probably won't be pried out until after they get Charlton Heston's gun from him.

He has statements from folks who would be instantly smeared if released alone. The Rs could make Mother Teresa look like an axe murderer, and Ghandi like Ariel Sharon if they chose to.
