953 American soldiers have died in Iraq in pursuit of weapons of mass destruction that did not exist. Yesterday it was 949 and the day before that it was 943. The Bush death count in Iraq rises inexorably. Not one of these individuals needed to have died to save us from Saddam's mythical WMDs.
