Now that you mention it, the script is based on your PC's local time. Since I'm in the same time zone as the server, I never noticed the discrepancy. I'll have to add some code to read the GMT offset from Pacific and adjust it. Leave it to somebody on the Greenwich meridian to notice my silly mistake.
