The new media paradigm...
This guy puts it better than I could have:
But here's the bigger story: The New York Times, the Washington Post, the Los Angeles Times, and the Boston Globe are no longer the arbiters of what's important and what's not, of whose criticisms of our politicians will be heard and whose will be ignored.
The Internet has detected the mainstream media as a form of censorship and simply routed around them.
I honestly think that the Democratic Party, and by extension, the Kerry campaign, has not actually realized this yet. I had really thought in the past that the Democrats were more internet-savvy than the Republicans, but maybe it isn't so.
The Kerry campaign is still acting like if it isn't in the New York Times, nobody will hear about it.
This is getting really good.
