It's certainly a thought provoking encounter but 5-10 meter bodies enter the atmosphere all the time.

Fragments hit a car or house. Art Bell hears about "HUGE GREEN UFO's(!!)". E.P. dons the
cardborard placard for another week. But it's not quite a civilization ender, is it?

Jim Oberg asks -- were there any other possibile sensors
thatr might have detected (but not identified) this bogie?
Visual? Radar? IR?

Just curious, or, are you looking for something specific?
