He is the quintessential fool. He booted the Shah out of Iran to give us Khomeni and his mad mullahs instead. His cabinet was the most corrupt and incompetent since U S Grant. His certification of the election makes it appear all the more fraudulent. I would not be the least surprised to learn that he is on the take and was paid for his conclusions.
