Why do the American people put up with the lies, the half-truths and the obfuscation? Never in my years in the US have I seen so much BS and re-directing than in this group that sits in the White House now. GWB and Cheney act in secret while their cronie friends pull off the biggest heists....and you're right.....People are getting immune to it.
Is it because they feel they can't do anything about it?
Is it because that's the way THEY live their lives?

Whatever, it's not the way I was brought up. If I had people like this in my immediate circle, they'd get left behind to their own devices.
Sooner or later, it all get's neatly stacked back in front of them.
