Why the talk of a "water-world"?
Preamature, don't you think?
Hey!...There have been over 100 Jovian-mass worlds discovered,
plus one Saturn-mass world. It was only a matter of time before this
"Uranus-mass" world was to be discovered.
A historic achievement none-the-less. Great news.

Does it have moons?
