The claim was not that the govt was in error to do the raid. The claim was whether or not "six federal agents used excessive force". While I agree that the raids were justified, I have no information what the "excessive force" referred to in the suit might have been. Nor do I have any idea what the evidence or the testimony was.
Without a great deal more info than is available to me, I would assume that the court did the right thing.
