I still have mine
My parents gave it to me as a Christmas present in 1968. It was in my office while I was a graduate student. I took it with me to Germany when I did my post-doc there and later it was in Australia when I worked there as an academic. It's now in my office at NASA Ames. It's still in okay shape considering its 36 years old and orbited the Earth once.
