I've asked a meteorite specialist about records of meteorites causing victims. (In the 20th century; earlier, the records become harder to prove)
The 1954 case in the USA was about a person who got hit by a piece of the roof that fell after a meteorite crashed on it. She wasn't directly hit by the meteorite.
In 1994 in Uganda a 14 year old boy was hit (wounded) by ricochet by a 3 g chunk (thus after it hit the ground and it wasn't the meteorite itself).
Another ricochet effect end 1989 on a boat in Japan; in 2002, a panic mouvement after a meteorite fall, caused a heart attack.
There is no known case of a human, in the 20th century, directly killed by a meteorite.
