The left has blown theirs.
There is in a sense a microcosm of the left's more civilized extremists here:
Donnie, spamming his intellectually dishonest claim that the war was only about WMDs and that the intel for the WMDs was fabricated by Bush.
Bowser, et al, who flip from Bush being a lying idiot to Bush being lying a genius with the GOP in a huge plot as big as Satan hisself to corrupt the world for Halliburton.
They and many more have spent over two years calling Bush deserter, awol, draft dodger (missing that is not really possible to do all three). They have disrespected the millions who have served in the National Guard system. The slanders against the VP are too numerous to cover quickly.
Actors and other artists have used the lowest class profanity and crudeness available to describe Bush.
'They' from Kerry to Dean to Moore have been intellectually dishonest in claiming patriot staus while simultaneously doing everything in their power to undermine the war and its fighters. And 'they' hope the American people are too stupid to notice this.
In the "name of democracy" they have embraced Soros's tawdry attempt to buy the election, accepted Teresa Heinz Kerry's refusal to disclose her obviously politically active finances ( a clear first inAmerican politics: billionaires buying the election while being praised by a political party)
Which leads to the 527's. Money can help in an election, but when the money is simply spamming the same, low credibility message relentlessly, it actually builds a backlash. I bet the 527's, with their over the top, 23X in favor of Kerry, are doing precisely that.

The problem is credibility
