In 1992 when Clinton was running for office, ...
against WWII vet Bush 41 and Vietnam Medal of Honor winner Bob Kerrey (during the primaries), John Kerry made a speech about how one's Vietnam service should not matter. He was supporting Bill Clinton, a man who managed to avoid service. I guess that must qualify as another Kerry flip-flop since Vietnam service seems so important to him today.
I wonder how he feels about John Edwards, who didn't serve in Vietnam. Does Kerry think Edwards is still qualified for office?
