Last one that came through was really depleted when it hit us. Lots of land between us and the water. Did dump some rain on us but the winds were really manageable once it hit the major population areas.

We're actually pretty disaster-free here in Arizona. Our only real imposing threat would be if a new volcano popped up in Northern Arizona. The San Francisco Peaks were always thought to be dormant when I was younger but recent tests have found that the potential is still there for the area.

That threat is one minute factor why I don't have vacation property in Flagstaff but it'd be a hell of a show from Phoenix.
