thus showing NASA Adminstrator Truly's foresight in building the new shuttle processing facilities.
My opinion is that if the current NASA adminstrator retasks existing employees to simple building repair (in other words simple construction) for a bit the complex could be operational shortly. I could be wrong about this, but then again...
they still haven't equiped the shuttles' haches with independent bail-out indicators.
