I'll bet you on this. The Russians will NOT massacre everyone in Chechnya they can get in their sights.

I'm assuming you mean small arms, mortars and sight fired cannons such as on armor. If you want to include artillery, that's fine with me, let me know. We should probably leave out air-dropped bombs and nukes.

I can find a place for escrow, to hold the bucks until one of us has won. And, you set a time line, though I'd have to say that the bet is over as soon as one Chechnyan who could have been shot wasn't.
