He wasn't even in Texas when Bush was sworn into the TANG, much less in a position of authority. How did he help Bush from Geneva? He wasn't in a position to pull many strings from Geneva, even if he wanted to.

More to the point, who honestly believes a Democrat from Texas would do anything to help the son of a Republican congressman, anyway?
