Thanks for the update Mark, I appreciated it.
I finally got the soffit on the south side of my roof repaired today, panels and all. It was starting to curl off like a sardine can. This will help make me feel more secure in the heavy winds that Hurricane Ivan could create. Must admit, I'm not looking forward to another one. Too stressful and unpredicatable.
Nerve-wracking. Sheesh, I JUST put back my lawn furniture and all my plants after thoroughly cleaning the silt and sand out of everything.
The SECOND time in three weeks!
I expect the hurricane to break up while tearing through Cuba.
No one should have to withstand 100 mph winds for hours, let alone 160 mph...........but then it will re-group and go into the Gulf of Mexico. From there's it's anyones' guess where it will go.
