Unfortunately (at least for me), the original paper is in Spanish.
No doubt many people will deny that there could be anything suspicious about electronic voting in Venezuela. Oddly, many of these same people, after a Bush victory in America, will insist that the electronic voting was "fixed," and on far less evidence. So it goes.
