Conservatives don't care about deficits. A harsh reality for the shills, but true.
"Reagan," Vice President Dick Cheney famously declared in 2002, "proved deficits don't matter."
Bush proved the same thing.
Conservatives use deficits as a nice sounding goal, just like "family values" and "God". All meaningless, nothing to do with the Conservative agenda, except for maybe some dupes who carry the party line.
You know it's not true, I know it's not true, and it's time to stop pretending it's true. It's the 21st Century. It's insulting to us and demeaning to you to pretend it is a legitimate issue for Conservatives.
Reminds me of OJ - "100% not guilty". 12 people believed it, and that's about all that believe the Conservative nonsense.
