A perception about a tendency. That is the tendency of the conservatives to get off on shame, being victims and hollaring that just about everything is unfair. And reinforcing those beliefs with post after post amongst themselves.

I think it's rare for liberals to engage in the sort of circle jerk now on CE where there are threads that are 80% conservatives moaning, threatening, decrying some perceived injustice.

Liberals do some of that, but don't seem to enjoy the sort of junior high school locker room camaraderie of a chorus of "ain't it awfuls" that conservatives do. And they tend to do it TO conservatives, not TO other liberals.

Sort of like one big Jerry Springer show for them, I think. They'd be comfortable sitting in the audience, yelling.
