Need a radio relay satellite
Looking like JPL and NASA need to think about putting out a radio signal relay satellite somewhere out where there'd be a great chance it would still have line of sight capability to the planets and Earth during periods of solar conjunction. Kind of a shame that the rovers, right in the meat of their missions, are going to be pretty much idle for a few weeks because the sun's in the way. Seems logical you could put a relay satellite in some kind of orbit so the signals could be rerouted during periods such as this. It would also give a pre-amp ability for distant operations if it were somewhere half-way out in the solar system.
Most likely would be nuclear-powered with a couple of big-ass dishes on it.
