Only part of Baghdad, for instance. Wide areas of the countryside are "no-go" for US troops. Several of the other big cities are under control of Iraqis not allied with the US.

It's a mess, and we're fighting the Iraqi people, now. And it will go on for a long, long time. With no satisfactory resolution.
