The "Iraqi" Special Forces are Kurds, not Sunni or Shiite, as implied. These are more similar to foreign troops, except they hate the rest of the Iraqis. They want to secede from the rest of Iraq and form their own nation.

At best it's deception to call them Iraqi, trying to lead people into believing it's a force representative of most of Iraq. This is reminiscent of the Soviet tactic of using Asians to invade Hungary and Czechoslovakia. All of them were "Soviets", true. Except the Asians didn't exactly hate East Europeans, but they were an entirely different culture.

"Iraqi Special Forces" are Kurds.

And forgetting that the US is a foreign invader, someone released the following message regarding a Fallujah bombing strike..

U.S. Air Force F-16s conducted a strike against anti-Iraqi forces' meeting place in the vicinity of Falluja," dropping a pair of 500-pound satellite-guided bombs shortly after 6 a.m. (10 p.m. ET Sunday), the U.S. military said.
There is an "Iraqi" government, and it's nothing more than a puppet. It can't enact laws, can't change laws, can't control the US military, which isn't subject to Iraqi law, without American permission. To call the people in Fallujah "anti-Iraqi" is pure propaganda.
