What again does any of this have to do with if we have created a Terrorist breeding ground or not?
You are beginning to sound like some child.
Whether there were terrorist in Iraq before we came is not germane to whether or not we have created a breeding ground there.
This is a bit like saying there was rape and crime there before we came. If you leave people in towns without police and without an army and leave thugs in those towns there will be more crime.
